We’ve joined forces with the Facebook Design Team to improve how you preview and present your prototypes. Today, we’re introducing a set of amazingly detailed devices, hands and new previewing features.
Whether you're designing for iOS, Android or Windows Mobile, we've got you covered. This release includes an entirely new set of mobile phones, tablets and watches for previewing your prototypes. But that's not all — we've also updated all existing devices. See a list of the new devices below:
- Apple iPad Pro
- Apple Watch 42mm
- Google Nexus 4, 5X, 6P
- Google Nexus 9
- HTC One A9, M8
- Microsoft Lumia 950
- Samsung Galaxy Note 5
Before you show off your prototype, you'll want to make sure it looks great too. In addition to the new devices, we've added a set of beautiful new hands that you can wrap around mobile phones. You can now toggle between different preview modes by clicking the Hand button in the toolbar.
Next to the Hand button, you'll find a Rotate button, which lets you quickly switch between portrait and landscape orientation. And to make switching devices easier, you can now select one without having to specify a color. We've also done some overall fine-tuning. See the highlights below:
- Added a toggle to switch between various hands (or
CMD + Shift + H)
- Added a toggle to quickly change orientation (or
CMD + Shift + R)
- Devices can now be selected without specifying a color
- Updated and refined all toolbar icons
- Improved the device rotation animation
- The "Fit" zoom mode now caps at 100%
We hope these new features help improve your prototyping workflow and allow you to better showcase your designs. We'd also love to hear your thoughts on Twitter or in our Facebook Community.
